What are the costs of delivery?

You get free shipping on orders above €99. When your order total is lower than €99, shipping costs will be charged depending on your delivery address.

What is the status of my ordered package?

Please check your track and trace code or contact us.

What is the delivery time?

Expected delivery date is mentioned on the checkout page, in the order confirmation e-mail and in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

My package isn't delivered yet, what can I do?

Check out where your shine is…

  • Check the Track & Trace code of your package
  • Check your delivery adress if everything is correct
  • Check your mailbox, P.O. box or your postal office
  • Check out if the package is at your neighbours

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, iDeal, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Mister Cash, SOFORT and so much more. After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to and you will receive your payment confirmation by email.

Payment failed or cancelled?

In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

What is the return and exchange policy?
  • Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days after you’ve received the order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Email to and report us that you will return a product and please give us the track & trace (tracking code).
  • Return your product(s) to our Shine Warehouse (Mijkenbroek 48, 4824 AC Breda, The Netherlands).
  • When do you get your money back? We will transfer it back within 5 workdays after receiving.
How does the return proces work?
  • In order to return your product, please fill in our Return Form within 14 days after receiving your product(s). You can choose between a refund or an exchange. Print and include this form with your return shipping.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging. The boxes should be kept intact as they are considered part of the product.
  • Deliver your package at your shipping partner of choice and pay for your return. We don’t refund international returns. Always keep your receipt.
  • Email the track & trace (tracking code).
  • Returns outside the 14 day timeframe will not be accepted.
Received a damage item?

If your products are not delivered completely like you ordered, please contact us by email. We will fix that as soon as possible of course. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are humans too.

How do I order?

After finding your desired products, there are only four steps to follow. 1. Add to shopping cart. 2. Enter your personal details and address of where your order needs to be delivered. 3. Additional information: Any notes about your order? Different delivery address? Anything else? Let us know.4. We accept Visa, iDeal, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay. How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us asap. Once the warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Is my order completed or did I pay?

If you are not sure if you completed your order, please check your bank account if money has been transfered. If not, the payment has not been completed and you can try again to place an order. If money has been transferred, but you didn’t receive a conformation by e-mail then please wait for an half hour. Still no conformation? Contact our customer service at, by phone or social media.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was cancelled, something maybe went wrong with the payment. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can sign up at

Do your snow goggles have sizes?

Our snow goggles are oversized, but does not haves sizes like S, M or L. The goggles are unisex and 1 size fits all.

Is there a warranty?

You will have a one year warranty on your snow goggle frame. This should not brake or be faulty in this timeframe. Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. If your Rise & Shine product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty and there will be no warranty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

How does the repair procedure work?

First email our customer service email at what is wrong with it or what happened (include pictures). In order to return your product, please fill in our Return Form within 14 days after receiving your product(s). You can choose between a refund or an exchange. Print and include this form with your return shipping.
