In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to riseandshinegear.com and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method.

If you are not sure if you completed your order, please check your bank account if money has been transfered. If not, the payment has not been completed and you can try again to place an order.
If money has been transferred, but you didn’t receive a conformation by e-mail then please wait for an half hour. Still no conformation? Contact our customer service at email@example.com, by phone or social media.
Cancelled or failed creditcard payments…
In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to riseandshinegear.com and you will see a notification containing the error. With creditcards we can not see the reason why a payment has been cancelled. From that page you can choose a different payment method.
How do we pay you back?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty. Only returned a part of your order? We will transfer your money to your bank account, please let us know by e-mail. We will transfer it back within 5 workdays after receiving. It varies per bank how long it takes before your refunded money is on your bank account. If it takes longer then 10 workdays, please contact our customer service.
