I want to return or exchange my Rise & Shine products

  • Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days after you’ve received the order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Email to info@riseandshinegear.com and report us that you will return a product and please give us the track & trace (tracking code).
  • Return your product(s) to our Shine Warehouse (Mijkenbroek 48, 4824 AC Breda, The Netherlands).
  • When do you get your money back? We will transfer it back within 5 workdays after receiving.

How does the Return proces work

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days after you’ve received the order.

  • In order to return your product, please fill in our Return Form within 14 days after receiving your product(s). You can choose between a refund or an exchange. Print and include this form with your return shipping.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging. The boxes should be kept intact as they are considered part of the product.
  • Deliver your package at your shipping partner of choice and pay for your return. We don’t refund international returns. Always keep your receipt.
  • Email info@riseandshinegear.com the track & trace (tracking code).
  • Returns outside the 14 day timeframe will not be accepted.
